DESCRIPTION The BOSU acronym stands for "Both Sides Utilized," and has evolved to be one of the best assistant training tools. The Bosu is essentially an Exercise Ball that has been cut in half with a stable side and an unstable side. It now represents an approach to exercise that is more mindful than traditional training, thus functional training for all levels of fitness. MYFITMATE REVIEW We had great fun road testing the BOSU. The biggest trick is staying on it! it was amazing after an hour of using it how the Glutes and thighs felt as if they were thrown in an inferno!

Traditionally the duraDisc™ is used to provide balance strength to the lower extremities, such as hip Joints, knee joints, ankle joint and their respective surrounding muscles. However the duraDisc™ is also used to rehabilitate the shoulder joint and surrounding muscles. MYFITMATE REVIEW One of the major downfalls of this product isn't it's functions but more so that the market price when buying a duraDisc™ is so inconsistent that you can find yourself paying almost $40 more then someone else if you dont shop around. Forgiving the economics the product itself is of high quality and functional. AOK™ are innovators when it comes to material and build quality so at the rite price the duraDisc™ is great!

DESCRIPTION The Punch Fitness Gloves are specially designed to protect the fingers, wrist and with enough allowance for boxing wraps. The product features attached thumb for added protection, full wrist Velcro for added wrist support and moulded structure for accurate punching and comfort. The Punch Fitness Glove passes many high range fitness standards and thus allowing the boxing fitness enthusiast or soon to be enthusiast the comfort in preventing injury to the puncher and also the trainer. MYFITMATE REVIEW Those of us who take boxing / boxercise classes trully appreciate a good pair of gloves. After putting the Punch™ fitness gloves through a rigorous workout including a 30minute bag session, 20mins speed ball+Body bag round as well as 15minutes of sparring we can trully say the Punch™ gloves are in a league of their own. Being a fitness glove as opposed to a sparring or pro glove you would generaly expect little support or easy slip inserts but not with these. We highly recommend the Punch fitness gloves for general workout classes but would suggest looking at their premium range for sparring or pro gloves.

Balls that feature the anti-burst system lose air only very slowly when damaged externally, even during exercises that demand a great deal of dynamic elasticity MYFITMATE REVIEW TOGU™ claim to be the original anti burst system manufacturers and as far as quality goes we were very impressed. Over the years we have used and trialled many brands but when you tip the scales of value for quality TOGU™ definately shines. We took the ball to the road (literally) performing gravel rolls, as well as using the ball on almost every hard surface we could and it stood its ground as far as retaining it's inflation and body flex.

MYFITMATE REVIEW We all hear the claims "Faster, Stronger, Better" but few supplement manufacturers out there have been able to back any claims. So when we saw that ASN offer $10,000 to other companies that can prove their protein is better! well we just had to give it a go. We trialled this product in 2 scenarios: 1. Personal trainer with view to substitute current protein used. 2. Overweight individual looking for a low carb/fat protein to compliment diet. "Personal trainer review" - ASN have been renowned for many years to have produced high quality well tested products and the HP100 is definately great! I noticed that after 4 weeks (3 times daily) that it definately did help with my workout recoveries much better then my previous protein. The only troube I had with it was the taste(I had the French Vanilla), once you get past this minor set back then the benfits far outway. "Diet compliment" - When my trainer first advised a protein for a diet substitute my first reaction was "I'm going to starve" suprisingly with this product it gave me a full feeling for up to 2-3hrs! without giving away the secrets of my diet (combined with exercise) I managed to lose a total of 8kg in 4.5weeks (the last 8kg I needed to lose and the hardest) |
